What we teach
Creative Dance
The youngest dancers discover what their bodies can do. Spatial awareness, rhythm, listening, imagination — all through play. This is where the love of dance begins. All beginners welcome.
Creative Dance
More structure, vocabulary, and creative challenge. Rooted in contemporary/modern foundations — coordination, musicality, body awareness, and the beginning of composition. All beginners welcome.
Dance 1: Contemporary
This is where serious training begins. Alignment, spatial awareness, rhythm, composition — the same foundation taught in university programs. Students build real strength and real skill. All beginners welcome.
Dance 2: Contemporary
Technique deepens. Strength, flexibility, improvisation, and compositional vocabulary. Group choreography and artistic feedback in every class.
Dance 3: Contemporary
Elite training for teens who want more. Strength, technique, performance quality, artistic voice. MDC Dance 3 students arrive at university auditions already trained in the methodology those programs require — ahead of the field.
Performance Dance: Jazz & Ballet
For students who want the stage. Jazz and Ballet technique that builds performance quality, presence, and the kind of confidence that holds an audience — and aces drill team auditions.
Ballet
Classical ballet foundations taught in a supportive and creative environment. Emphasis on strength, alignment, posture, and musicality — building a technical base that deepens every other form of dance.
Adult Contemporary
With Angela Banchero-Kelleher — 17-year member of Repertory Dance Theatre and UVU Professor. Wednesday evenings. Open to all adults. This is the real thing.

Dance is for everyone. Boys who dance build strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity in ways that carry into every area of life. Join the waitlist now.
