Amy Markgraf
Founder/Owner/Instructor

Professor of Dance and Dance Education Program Coordinator at Utah Valley University Amy is a dedicated dance educator and versatile artist currently serving as the Dance Education Program Coordinator at Utah Valley University (UVU). Alongside her academic role, she runs the Mapleton Dance Center for children and teens, where she fosters the love of dance in the next generation.

Fiona Wappett
Instructor/Assistant Director

Fiona began dancing at 16 in Alaska, studying Tap, Modern, and Jazz. She continued her training at Weber State University and Utah Valley University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education. Fiona taught Creative Dance at UVU, performed with Synergy Dance Company, and student-taught at Provo High School. She is dedicated to sharing her passion for dance with the next generation.

Raquel Miller
Ballet Instructor

Raquel trained at Jacqueline's School of Ballet and performed with Utah Metropolitan Ballet. She attended the University of Utah on scholarships, performing in Les Sylphides and Carmen, before transferring to Utah Valley University. Raquel performed with the Repertory Ballet Ensemble and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. She will graduate with a BFA in Ballet in 2025 and plans to continue performing.
